We have extended our holiday shopping returns and exchanges timeline to Monday January 31st for your convenience.

Shipping, How long will it take to ship?

**NOTE EMBROIDERED ITEMS Personalized Orders require an additional 7-10 days before will ship using the service you requested.  ***Personalized orders are not eligible for returns.

**FREE SHIPPING We offer FREE shipping on orders of $250 or more.  Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout. 

Items ordered before 2 pm EST Monday through Friday, not requiring embroidery will typically ship same day from New Jersey, 07047.  Orders placed after 2 pm EST will ship next business day.

• Standard Shipping (via USPS or UPS) takes 2-8 Business Days, depending on where it's going. We ship out of North Bergen, NJ 07047
• UPS 2 Day will take 2 days to arrive
• UPS Overnight will take 1 day to arrive

Please Note: Shipping times do not include the time needed for personalization/embroidery, which may add 7-10 days to shipping times.

Every Hudson Sutler bag is handmade in the USA.Our team of skilled artisans design, cut, sew and embroider our products using traditional time honored techniques.  Our stock collection consists of canvas, nylon and leather weekend bags, daily holdalls, backpacks, coolers, tote bags, suit and garment bags, and toiletry pouches. Premium quality bags built for the journey ahead.  

We stand by everything we make.  If it’s not right, we will fix or replace it. At Hudson Sutler, we are relentlessly focused on delivering the highest quality products with best-in-class customer service.

It takes our team of artisans over 10 sets of hands 200 steps to cut, sew and deliver a single bag by hand.  With this type of quality control it's very infrequent that something doesn't live up to our standards. In the rare cases where it doesn't, we'll make it right – and that's our promise.

If a defect occurs as the result of the product’s intended use within reason, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. If the product has been customized by Hudson Sutler, the customized mark will also be replaced. The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence or unintended use. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use within reason are not covered under warranty.We are proud of our manufacturing processes and are fully committed to building products and a brand with integrity.
