Holiday Ordering

Gift shop with confidence. The holiday shopping season can be stressful for some.  We are here to make it as easy as possible to ensure that your gifts arrive on time. 

Our team is committed to providing the best possible ordering experience.  Please note we cannot control your packages once they depart our warehouse and are in the hands of UPS or Fedex.

The shipping cutoff deadlines for each shipping method are detailed below, however they are subject to change by the carriers. 

We recommend that you order by the following dates: 

  • Last day to order a custom monogram:  12/16/25 at 10AM EST
  • Last day for Standard Ground Shipping: 12/16/25 at 10AM EST 
  • Last day for Overnight Shipping:  12/19/25 at 10AM EST


HOLIDAY ORDERING FAQ:

1. Do you have a Black Friday and Cyber Monday discount? 

Join our email list to receive free standard shipping on your first order, updates on new product releases and access to exclusive upcoming promotions. 

2. Does the free standard shipping on orders of $250+ include Express and Overnight shipping? 

No. We are proud to offer free standard domestic shipping (i.e. ground shipping) on orders of $250+.

Express and Overnight shipping will incur the normal additional charges that are displayed at checkout. 

3. What is your holiday return & exchange policy?

We have extended holiday returns to Thursday January 8th.

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the item's original delivery date. We will even cover the cost*.

Free return shipping applies to domestic orders only.
In order for an item to be eligible for a refund, it must be returned in its original condition (unused, unwashed and with original tags attached).

Please note that bags with personalization are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the event of damage or defect to be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Should you experience an issue of this nature, contact support@hudsonsutler.com

4. Do you offer bag personalization? 

Yes. Our bags can be personalized with initials using the thread color, font and embroidery placement shown in the example photos on each product page.

The holiday deadline for bag personalization is 12/16/25 at 10AM EST.

5.  Do you offer gift boxes or gift wrapping?

We unfortunately do not offer specialty gift boxes, gift wrapping or holiday cards with purchase at this time.

HOLIDAY CLOSURES

Our Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST.
Our Customer Service Team will be unavailable on Thanksgiving Day 11/27/25, Christmas Eve 12/24/25 and Christmas Day 12/25/25. 

We will respond to inquiries received on those days on the next business day.  

Hudson Sutler fulfillment will shut down at noon EST on Tuesday, 12/23/25 and will reopen on Monday 01/05/26. Orders received after noon EST on 12/23/25 will ship on Monday, 01/05/26.  Monogram orders placed between Tuesday, 12/23/25 and Monday, 01/05/26 will ship by Tuesday, 01/13/26.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed on a weekday before 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally ship that day. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally be processed and ship the next business day (M-F).

Monogrammed orders or orders requiring custom embroidery typically ship within 7-10 business days of placing your order. Please note that bags with personalization are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the event of damage or defect to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing on the next business day (M-F). We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame.
