It's fabulous! I travel a lot and sometimes just need a smaller big to bring 3 or 4 items. This was a perfect bag for my short weekend trip. The quality is impressive and I received many complements this weekend. We are going on a trip with the family and I am considering purchasing one for each family member. Kudos to this company for making such a great bag.

A couple of emails back and forth to make sure everything was right, a quick test of the color thread we wanted our logo in on the material, a quick approval, and the items were here 4 days later.
