Limited Warranty

Hudson Sutler stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we make. We offer a two-year limited warranty on eligible Hudson Sutler products purchased through hudsonsutler.com, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Two-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty applies to all Hudson Sutler bags, golf bags, and accessories for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase, and only when the product is used for its intended purpose in accordance with any usage instructions provided with the product.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

Stitching and seam failures
Zipper failures
Strap and handle attachment point failures
Hardware defects (buckles, clips, D-rings, snaps)
Fabric tears resulting from manufacturing defects
Lining failures resulting from manufacturing defects
Stand mechanism failures (golf bags)
Divider and structural component failures (golf bags)

General Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all limited warranties described above:

This limited warranty applies only to products manufactured by Hudson Sutler Corp. and sold through hudsonsutler.com after the effective date of this document.
This limited warranty applies only to products purchased and used for personal, non-commercial use. It does not apply to products purchased or used for commercial, resale, or rental purposes.
This limited warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser only or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient. The warranty is non-transferable.
Original proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, stains, fading, or discoloration)
Damage caused by a carrier, airline, or shipping handler
Damage from abuse, misuse, mishandling, or neglect
Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
Damage from overpacking or exceeding the intended load capacity
Normal wear and tear on high-friction areas (base, handles, strap edges)
Normal wear and tear that does not significantly affect the functionality of the product for its primary intended purpose

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Hudson Sutler product has a defect or failure covered by this limited warranty, you must contact our Customer Service team before the end of the two-year warranty period:

Our Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Inquiries received outside those hours will be answered the next business day.

Please provide your proof of purchase and information about the product and the issue you are experiencing. We may request photographs or additional information to evaluate your claim.

If our team determines that the product needs to be returned for inspection, repair, or replacement, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. The product must be returned as directed for the warranty claim to proceed.

What Hudson Sutler Will Do

If Hudson Sutler determines that a product has a defect or failure covered by this limited warranty, Hudson Sutler will, at its option and expense, repair or replace the product or defective part.

Replacement products may be new or refurbished and may be provided in a different color of the same or greater retail value. Replacement products may not include personalization, embroidery, monogramming, or other customization applied to the original product.

For limited-edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock products, Hudson Sutler may provide a replacement product of equal or greater retail value.

Products or parts replaced under this limited warranty become the property of Hudson Sutler.

Sole Remedy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hudson Sutler’s sole and exclusive liability, and your sole remedy, under this limited warranty is the repair or replacement of the product in accordance with this document.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY GIVEN BY HUDSON SUTLER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS DESCRIBED ABOVE AND IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR ARISING BY CUSTOM, TRADE USAGE, OR COURSE OF DEALING, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. HUDSON SUTLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. To the extent an implied warranty cannot be disclaimed or excluded, such warranty is limited in duration to the applicable warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HUDSON SUTLER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCT OR ITS USE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF HUDSON SUTLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HUDSON SUTLER’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WILL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Warranty Abuse and Fraud

Hudson Sutler reserves the right to deny warranty claims or limit warranty coverage in cases of fraud, abuse, or misuse of the product or the warranty process.

Hudson Sutler may request additional information or proof of defect and may investigate a claim as reasonably necessary to determine whether it qualifies for coverage under this limited warranty.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Governing Law

This limited warranty is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
