After picking up the waxed canvas shoe bag and pouch, I had to go back and order the Heritage Waxed Canvas Backpack, and it didn’t disappoint. The quality is outstanding, just like the rest of their gear. The material feels durable and well-made, and the color looks even better in person. It’s clear a lot of attention to detail went into it. Perfect everyday bag that looks great and feels built to last.
Trying to submit another review since it seems like Hudson Sutler filters any reviews that are not 5 stars. The backpack all in all is okay. Maybe not worth $249. There is a design flaw in the drink pouch where either the pocket is just a bit too short or the elastic is too long and bottles are not secure. Tried to contact customer service and after almost 20 days with two follow-up emails to ask when I could expect to get a response, I got one and I was basically told - yup... can't help you. I would have expected more from a company that touts "Our Guarantee – Commitment to Quality: We stand by everything we make. If it’s not right, we will fix or replace it. At Hudson Sutler, we are relentlessly focused on delivering the highest quality products with best-in-class customer service." Let's see if they allow this review to be posted on their website.
